Replaced OEM bulbs in dash and pods with LED kit. Yeah, it was supposed to be simple. Somehow the flathead made contact with the led while trying to socket it and it blew the pod circuit (illumination only - AC and wiper functions are good and dash is great). Checked the fuses in the driver's side kick plate and under the hood. All good there. There was a small puff of smoke and a whiff ozone within inches of the pod connectors. I cut back the wire tape back about 4-6 inches, but don't see any burn marks or damage. Appears to have lost ground maybe. Anyone know where else to look? Anyone know which color wire is Pos and Neg for the illumination of the pods? Frustrating and wondering if anyone had this happen. Appreciate any help.
